RxToGo is the prescription fulfillment app for 4,800 Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacies.

Overview

I led the design of a unified Rx delivery checkout app for Walmart Health and Sam’s Club pharmacies, streamlining payments, printing, and scheduling to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

Problem Statement

The process of splitting an RxToGo checkout order, which includes multiple drugs, into two parts—one for counter pickup and the other for delivery. This involves retrieving the primary bag, scanning a new bag for the delivery items, and placing the relevant prescriptions into the new bag for delivery.

Business Goal

Split delivery orders for non-delivery-eligible items and process remaining items from the delivery bag. Replace the third-party TaSCO system with an in-house Android app and desktop interface to streamline scanning, payment, and label printing, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

Prototype

Here is a sample of the approved screens from the delivered user flow that I can present while adhering to NDA constraints.
